Noodles "Mie", thin
Ingredients:
Wheat,
durum wheat flour,
Water,
Salt,
Stabilizer: E452,
Thickener: E415,
Raising agent: E500.

Preparation:
To fry:
Put the "Mie" noodles thinly in boiling water and cook at a low level for 4 minutes or, alternatively, cover and soak in hot water (70-80C°) for 15 minutes.
Then rinse briefly with water and let drain. Then use thin "Mie" noodles for frying.
For soups:
Thinly pour "Mie" noodles into boiling water and cook on low for 4-6 minutes.
Then drain off the water and add to the desired soup.
Store dry.
