Cannelloni "Giglio" - cooking instruction
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 bunch parsley, 250g minced beef, 1 egg, 50 g Parmesan cheese, 1 kg of tomato sauce, 50g breadcrumbs, 20 g butter, 1 tablespoon of flour and a little broth, oregano, basil, nutmeg, salt, pepper.
